Refund and Return Policy

1. Digital Products (All Sales Final)
Appficient ("we," "us," or "our") provides digital products and services via instant Internet download. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your right to cancel is waived immediately once the transaction is completed and digital delivery has been initiated.
- Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
- Access is granted immediately - you will receive download links and/or access credentials right away, regardless of whether you choose to download the files immediately, later, or at all.
- A "change of heart" after purchase does not qualify for a refund, as you lose that right once the digital content has been made available to you.
- You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, system requirements, and any preview materials BEFORE purchasing.
We strongly encourage you to:
- Review product descriptions, screenshots, and previews carefully before purchasing
- Contact us with any questions prior to purchase
- Ensure your device meets all technical requirements listed on the product page
Note: The only exceptions to this policy are for verified technical issues on our end or duplicate charges (see Section 2 below). "Change of heart," forgotten downloads, or device incompatibility are not grounds for a refund.
2. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue (such as a corrupted file, server error, or access problem):
Step 1: We Fix First
Appficient reserves the right to rectify the issue before any refund is considered. Our priority is to ensure you receive a fully functional product. We will work diligently to:
- Provide a working replacement of the digital product
- Resolve any server-side access issues
- Offer alternative delivery methods (such as direct email) if needed
Step 2: Refund Eligibility (If Fix Fails)
A refund will only be issued if BOTH conditions are met:

You notify us of the technical error
within 48 hours of purchase;
AND
- We are unable to provide a functional replacement or fix the access issue within 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding T&T public holdiays) of your report.
Note: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method in TTD. Please note that while Appficient processes refunds immediately upon approval, your bank may take 5-10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
3. Download or Access Issues
If you experience difficulties accessing your purchase, contact us immediately. As outlined in Section 2, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by:
- Providing alternative download links
- Assisting with technical troubleshooting
- Replacing corrupted files
Note: Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase and allow for a limited number of downloads. Please ensure you save your files promptly.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:
- Change of heart or dissatisfaction with the content of the digital product.
- Incompatibility with your software or device (please ensure you read the system requirements provided on the product page before purchase).
- Failure to download or access the product, unless you contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we verify a technical issue on our end.
- Forgotten downloads or failure to save files within the 30-day access period.
5. Free Products
Free digital products are provided "as-is" without any warranties. We are not obligated to provide support or replacements for free downloads, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
6. Proof of Delivery
For the purposes of this policy and any payment disputes (chargebacks), "Delivery" is deemed to have occurred at the moment we transmit the digital download link or file to the email address provided by you at checkout.
We maintain comprehensive digital logs for every transaction, including:
- The IP address used to complete the purchase
- The timestamp of the transaction
- The timestamp and IP address of the successful file download/access
This data serves as our official Proof of Delivery (POD) for our banking partner and payment gateway.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issues promptly.
Important: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account restriction. We will provide our comprehensive download logs (IP addresses, timestamps, download access records) as evidence to dispute any fraudulent claims.
8. Refund Process
Refunds are only issued after we have attempted to resolve the issue as outlined in Section 2. To request consideration under our refund policy:
- Contact us within 48 hours of purchase
- Provide your full name and order number
- Describe the technical issue you're experiencing
- Allow us 3 business days to attempt a fix
If we cannot resolve the issue within 3 business days, an approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement in TTD (Trinidad and Tobago Dollars).
